Another way

the police use to dismiss the complaints from someone who is the victim of a prolongued course of harassment - is to either dub them a "vexacious complainant" or simply to go down the road of implying they need help from the local health services.

I am provably sound of mind and not imagining any of these behaviours and neither is my decent neighbour who is frequently also harassed for helping me!

I was told last summer by a local inspector that I was being 'paranoid'. Apparently he still maintains that I need 'help'!

I do need HELP but from my police force but they never wanted to act on my behalf.

How many more excuses will this force think up to avoid doing their job?

Oh did I imagine all the nasty things that were done to my property??? Damage to my car, plants etc.

I think not and my police know it.

Oh and perhaps they will tell me whether they think I managed to send myself a hate text from someone else's phone back in June? With the help of 2 friends I tracked down the sender 2 days later and informed my officers! This incident never managed to get a crime No allocated. That's right - ignore it and it will be buried in good time. 'Good' for them - my distress is of no consequence - they do not care a jot about victims.

Time 'boys in blue' to bite the bullet and actually do something constructive on my behalf. That is of course if you are all not too busy finding excuses for being too busy to follow up evidence of child porn here locally.
